Our Story

OnTrak Margharibi is a legally registered Kenyan agribusiness company headquartered in Kakamega County, with a countrywide reach. Deeply rooted in community, OnTrak advocates for smallholder farmers by offering four services: aggregation and post-harvest support; farmers’ capacity building; farmers’ financial independence; and food security

We began as farmers interested in growing healthy organic food for our families. After much experimentation we came up with a purely organic approach to farming indigenous crops in the county. These crops are managu (African Night Shade); Lidodo/Mchicha (Amaranthus); Kunde (cow peas); and Saga/Osuga (Black Nightshade).
